1. Acceptance and Age Requirements
  • Using services like the Gemini API, AI Studio, and Enterprise implies agreement to Google’s general and Generative AI Additional Terms.
  • Users must be 18 or older. The application cannot target individuals under 18. 
2. Prohibited Conduct and Usage Restriction.
  • Users may not reverse engineer or create competing models. Data cannot be used for unauthorized purposes.
  • Clinical or medical advice usage is strictly prohibited. Bypassing safety settings is also not allowed.
  • Tracking or storing Grounded Results/Search Suggestions is restricted to short-term evaluation (maximum 30 days). 


3. Data Privacy and Intellectual Property
  • Users retain rights to their input and output content.
  • For paid services, Google does not use customer content to train models. Google may collect service data for maintenance. 


4. Disclaimers and Termination
  • The services are experimental. Output may not represent Google's views. It should not be used for professional advice.
  • Non-compliance with terms, including prohibited use, may lead to service suspension
